We always want to make the process of ordering and receiving your orders a pleasant experience. In the event that you are displeased with the services provided, we will initiate a refund, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our products, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to accepting any return request. We will go out of our way to make sure that our customers are satisfied. But in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy.
- We will honour exchanges and refunds on all unopened Alyuva products for up to 3 days from the date of delivery. However, before approving any return or exchange requests, we will check the product for any usage once you return it back to us. Shipping charges for the return would be borne by the customer. If the product is found to be used or not returned in the original packaging, no exchange or refund shall be authorized.
- All shipping charges incurred during resending of an unacceptable return of a product are the responsibility of the customer.
- The returnable product must be properly packaged and should reach us in perfect condition.
- If you are initiating a return, please make sure the products are packed properly. Please notify us of the intentions of return/exchange by emailing us at email@example.com.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, name payments refund will be made to the same account.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
All refund and return claims require a documented account of the issue with pictures. Please send all details in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once that’s done, our customer service representative will write back to confirm the receipt and get any additional details within 3 business days. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.
